Innocent Ants... Try it.

Pals, Did you got amazed by some of the tiny Ants?. Well I get amazed,  not just because they are tiny and count as one of the greatest creature, but I think they are innocent and pure. Yes, laugh on me... as much as you want, but trust me if you do and see what I ask you to do and see, then you will understand what I meant.
      First, you need to find some ants[well that is an easy task]. Second, take a magnifier glass and try to spot some of them and keep your eyes locked at them.[ don't burn the ants under the sunlight]. Third, notice the behavior. especially when they pass by from each other. They will stop from a slight second and move their little antenna, like they were exchanging singles "TTTttTTTtttTTTtTTT Foood, ahead, go" Something like that, lolz. Plus they help each other to carry food.

On fitness By Eileen Hilton


  • Dear Fitness-friends,

    Actually I am gradurating my education to be a fitness-instructor. In this case I`m getting a lot of input about workout, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle. I wonna share this input with you. 

    At the moment, we are living in a society which 
    is show us that size 0 is more important than a 
    healthy body. A society where your aegrotat 
    degree is more important than yourself. In November 2010 I created my fitnessblogg "Strong & Healthy". Thats my way to demonstrate everyone who`s interested , how easy, funny and especially healthy it can be, to have the skinny/ trained/muscular body everbody wants.

    So lets start with the daily activitys.
    Most people just being in motion to go ( better sayin`drive) to work and back. That`s 65% our society I think. Without fail that`s why we get sick. All these sicknesses of society like grip, common cold or osteoporosis, are in reason of the deficit of movement.
    So what if I say, it`s enought to walk 30min. per day without a break in between to run away from these society sicknesses? What if i say, ist enough to eat the right thing, in the right way??
    RIGHT!!!! Normally it should be enough, but we shouldn`t forget the daily stress at the job or at home, we should forget the bad quality of air we are breathing,,,and we should forget that being educated, strong and tough needs a lot of energy!!!
    And Thats why we need continuous workout !!!
    With right eating , coming down after a strong day , and a little bit walking, our body is armed for a normal request. But normal request isn't enough in our society so you need to boost your capacity for the daily chaos. With constantly training and enough recovering we are boosting our daily capacity.
    Nice saying right ?!,,,,,Yes that sounds nice,,,but what happens with our body while we are training ?

    In the reason of workout, our blood hast he ability to transport more oxygen and othe important nutriens, which let our organs, muscles and all other systems of our body, work better,easier and more economic. That means, we`ll need less energy for the same movement and will be better concentrate. 
    As well our metabolism is working better, the immune system is getting stronger and our heart is working more economic! But the best reason to doing workout for being happy ist the psycial effect. 
    Because of workout we`ll getting more balanced, more resistant for stress/trouble and other reasons to feel uncomfortable.
    So if you are looking forward for a long and healthy live, just doing sports

Get an Apartment

Pals, If you recently moved in one of the famous cities in the world like, New York, Mumbai etc. The main obstacle is to find a decent Apartment. Trust me out there, people race like a rat for the Apartment. their little red eyes were always on the newspaper, looking for an Roommate.
        But today, I am going to show you how to hunt for the Apartment.
1] Try to friends with old people, who's age is beyond 50. This way, when he will die you could take his place.
2] Always read the segment, where they announce the death of the people [ran and get the info on who is taking the apartment.]
3] Never Think I, Take the place weather you like it or not.
4] Never stop reading my blogs, because This way you will get your time pass.
5] Do more cardio, because when you get sudden news flash that a person died. You need to ran fast like hell.

Are you boxing person...?

Pals, there are sometimes in our life where we express our feelings differently; say smiling, nodding, and punching a little bit. But when we really get mad, does anyone really did those things. I mean it is common to say 'I going to kill you' or 'you are dead man' but do we really do?. Let just say, The person which made you mad is right front you. The anger was like a blood flowing into your body, What will you do.
       Many might slow down a bit and let it go, But Some, they tried to kick the crap out of that person. So my Question for you a'll is, Are You a Boxing person or Not. I might let go most of the times, but when it comes to a real; I keep nothing behind. So tell me Who Are You. Are you a boxing person or Mellow have to go kind a person.
